Description
While the StarShooters use the lifeless gems of what they consider the more primitive dragons, the other StarDragons use mineral gems for currency. They went off of the Shooter's idea for simplicity sake, though do not find any comfort in the Shooter's specific currency.
That being said, other StarDragons may use the Shooter's currency in neutral areas, or when working with Crafters, since neutral zones still do business with Shooters, as do Crafters.
StarDragons (Not including Shooters) get their gem currency from Crafters, since Crafters generally go about digging up gems, and cutting them. This would, in some regards, make Crafters extremely rich... but... since they don't eat gems, or make clothes from them, they prefer a trading system. Other StarDragons will trade them food, clothing supplies, animals, and other goods in exchange for gem currency.
